Hannah Buck

Biography

Hannah has been acting since a young age with Young People's Theatre, attended Hunter School of the Performing Arts for high school and studied at the Regional Institute of Performing Arts. She has trained with singing teachers such as: Patricia Woods, Annabella Redman and Chris Allen since late-2011. Hannah competed in the 2012 Lake Macquarie Eisteddfod and took out a 3rd, 2nd and 1st place for various categories. She received two CONDA nominations in 2013 for Excellence by a Non-Professional Actress in a Leading Role in a Drama or Comedy (Addison in 'Shit My Sister Says' with Regional Institute of Performing Arts) and Excellence by a Non-Professional Actress in a Supporting Role (Beggar Woman in 'Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street' with Maitland Gilbert & Sullivan & Musical Society). Hannah has also worked on the technical side of many productions, including Stage Management for several productions at Young People's Theatre and Stage Management for the 2010 Hunter School of Performing Arts orientation concert at Civic Theatre. She is currently focusing on vocal training in both classical and musical theatre styles.
